KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Deep knowledge of SAP Business Objects BI platform fundamentals and technologies (web intelligence, and universes preferred)
• Experience in application support/administration for Business 
• Intelligence or Data Warehousing environment
• SAP Data Services/Business Objects - version 3 and 4 experience is required
• Hands-on experience in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining environment
• ETL design and architecture experience, data modeling, performance tuning and KPI design with reporting skills is desirable In-depth experience with Enterprise BI Data Presentation Strategy and 
• implementation, ad hoc reports, standard reports, and dashboards Experience working in a 24x7 rapid response environment, with full life  cycle experience (requirements gathering through production deployment)  in all aspects of BI/DW (ETL, data modeling, analytics and reporting)
• Airline and travel industry experience with Customer Insight and  Marketing Analytics and/or DW Technology Consulting is desirable Background with other ETL tools and experience with MS SSIS, 

Informatica, DataStage is preferable

Experience with incident/ticket tracking tools like Remedy, JIRA or similar tools

Experience working in an Onshore/Offshore Model
